Senolytics are interventions investigated for their ability to selectively eliminate certain senescent cells. The field is scientifically interesting, but consumer marketing can move faster than clinical evidence.
The basic idea
Researchers investigate whether targeting senescent cells can change meaningful outcomes. Which cells are targeted, in which tissues, at what dose, and with what safety profile are central questions.
Supplements and senolytics
Some dietary compounds are discussed as potential senolytics because of laboratory or preclinical findings. That label should not be treated as proof of a clinically demonstrated anti-aging effect in people.

Health note: Dietary supplements are not a substitute for medical care. Evidence for an individual ingredient does not automatically establish that a multi-ingredient finished product produces the same effect.
